Hardtime,It feels to me like making a commitment to yourself to spend time as well as make use of your
mind to think and come up with creative ways to solve your problems will go a long way in decreasing your anxiety. I am going to give this one more try in helping you by posting the link to NAMI:
http://www.nami.org/
You will find excellent information from this site if you are looking for ways to help you control you anxiety.
I have been dx with Cancer and my anxiety is sky high as I have had surgery, chemo and my cancer has recurred so my battle is not only with anxiety but with cancer. I would never wish this combo on anyone.
FYI, using all capital letters online is not something to do according to the rules
of etiquette. People fluent in online forums and chat may associate all caps with anger, and
may assume the person writing in all caps is enraged. Out of respect for the
person you're posting to, including myself, I will ask that you refrain from using all caps.
I will sign off now and hope you find the help you are looking for by taking to heart the info shared here or looking elsewhere like your Drs. office.
Blessings,
Kitt
