Hello just want to be happy,
Anxiety can certainly cause a long list of symptoms. Seems common that many google their symptoms...It's probably a better bet that most if not all of what you are feeling is anxiety.
Put your google skills to good use and google everything you can find about anxiety and educate yourself on how it works, what causes it, methods to relieve it...so on and so on. Knowledge of anxiety is key. There are no magic cures or quick fixes but anxiety can be managed to a point to where you can have a quality life again.
When we become overwhelmed by body sensations and negative thoughts, it creates a vicious cycle and feeds our anxiety. By gaining positive knowledge about how to manage anxiety puts the power back in your hands and not the other way around. The smallest of baby steps to recovery is better than no steps at all...you could compare anxiety to a snowball rolling down a hill and gaining in size if you let it take control.....it also works the opposite way when we take steps to reverse it....small things and positive methods can begin as a tiny snowball as well and grow into something very large.
Setbacks are normal....the key is to learn methods to manage it so that when anxiety does strike we manage it and don't feed it. It's ok to stumble and then get back to the baby steps to recovery. There is hope and many just like you have made great improvements...feed the positives not the negatives and the negatives will tend to die.
Best wishes....Wingman
