Well, my brain has come up with another thing to be anxious about
-- being tired! It's mid-afternoon and I'm so sleepy, I'm just bored. It's Friday afternoon and I want to go home. I did Google mid-afternoon tired, seems like its totally normal but I've slept well and have had a relatively stress free day. Kind of put the screws on a co-worker this morning because I was annoyed, maybe that kicked off my anxiety. Not exactly sure. I can't wait to get off work, it's Friday and I've got a great weekend ahead of me.
Anybody get cranky and anxious about
being tired? I went for an hour run and really powered through it last night, then re-upholstered my love seat after that which looks great, had only a cob of corn for dinner, and did the laundry, read about
two pages from my book, and fell asleep all after 10 hours of work. I guess maybe I should be tired! Who re-upholsters furniture after an hour run? Well, I guess people like me that want to get all lot done before moving. Glad I re-upholstered the love seat, best 50 bucks I spent on fabric and did the whole thing myself, saved a several hundred dollar piece of furniture from going in the garbage.
Its' always so helpful to write things down and share it here. I'm just tired, duh. Anxiety makes me worry about
the normal stuff. Now off and on to better things like counting down the clock to 5PM!
