cheesy,I understand how tough anxiety can be; it becomes unbelievably hard to control your thoughts, it's as if someone is running through your mind dropping off the most frightening feelings and thoughts and you cannot stop the anxiety. You start to hyperventilate and then you cry pray the anxiety will leave you alone.
When you get to this point you must take back control of your feelings. Picture a giant red stop sign in your mind and do exactly what the sign says = STOP the wild thoughts.
Break the momentum by doing something like going outside and take a walk, nice and easy. If the tears are flowing don't worry, just put your sun glasses on.
Remember anxiety cannot harm you physically but it can make you feel bad.
We are all here to support you.
Kindly,
Kitt
