Brugada syndrome should not be ignored and I suspect you have anxieties about this syndrome which you would have a right to feel. May I kindly suggest that you seek out a second cardiologist's opinion and that you have a plan in place should you experience more symptoms.
"almost faint like" is a sx people have that are dx with Brugada. Because of the nature of the heart rhythm abnormality, medications usually can't be used to treat Brugada syndrome. Of course anxiety may make us feel light headed and faint feeling. It is in sorting out all the sx that we often run into brick walls.
I am glad to read you are going to see a therapist but it would be good if you knew more about the Brugada if this is what is causing you to feel anxious and depressed.
