Tired of Panic

Feeling real sick&like anxious I know this is a panic attack but it's bad&I feel like my belly is in my throat,I want to scream are hit something Iam just tired of this.

It's awful but we all have it and it will pass, my heart breaks for you when I end this I will start Praying for you!!!!!!

I'll pray for you soul. I'm also going through a tough time right now. Remember how God loves us despite everything we're having right now. Hang in there! I also almost had a panic attack this morning, my heart started beating faster and pounding harder for a moment but the first thing I had in mind was how far I made it with this thing and how God never took my life. I thought it was going to last for 30 mins just like my previous one months before but was amazed how it went down in just like 3mins! Hope you'll feel better.

I am with you, I am tired of this too. I am gonna beat this, and you will too. So hang in there, I will be praying for you and me for that matter, and everyone here on the forum who needs it.

Thank you to all of you&my friend who was up with me I lol sometimes because I can't understand why we have to go through this&with anxiety for many comes anger&Iam one of those ppl,dont try to be angry it just come out of no where. But thank you all for never being a judge but always helping to push me through,how can I give up even when it get extra hard when I have my true family standing by me.
