shakehead I'm so over this already! I was doing fine all day till it was time to go to bed now it feels like I have something stick in my throat and my chest feels tight and my heart feels full eyes is this ever going to end I so can't wait for my therapy tomorrow

It can be annoying the ups and downs especially when it happens within a day. Hope you'll get enough good rest.
