I've been on a new diet from my gym for the last 4 weeks and since I started it I've not had one slight wobble! I actually thought I'd cracked it and it had gone. Then today for no reason whatsoever I had a really really bad attack! First time since this started a year ago that I nearly went to the hospital. I seriously thought I was having a heart attack. I'm so down I honestly thought I was on top of this miserable illness. I'm now feeling a little calmer but am left feeling very drained, a little shaky and a bit nauseous. Does anyone else feel like that after a bad attack? Thanks for listening to me rattle on again guys xxxx
