Hi Andrehun and welcome!
We have a lot of people here to support you and yes, you will make friends as well.:)
As far as making friends close to your area... is there a community center or women's club (YWCA) nearby where you could take some classes of interest to you?
Are you at all inclined to go to church? Or to volunteer somewhere such as a soup kitchen or animal shelter?
These are all great places to meet others and make friends!
As far as anxiety help goes, have you consulted your doctor about possible treatments? If not, I would encourage you to do so. There are a couple of things that you could discuss including medication and/or therapy.
For now, have a look on our main page, 1st post. These are our Resources here, full of great self-help ideas. Give them a look and try the breathing and relaxation exercises, everyday for a week and see how you feel. These bring down overall stress levels, reducing anxiety, panic and symptoms.
