I have often had anxiety symptoms when I have not been noteably anxious...and that can be confusing and scary...making the anxiety worse.
Stay focused and in the moment by observing these feelings, and letting them pass as you breathe deeply and repeat:
"I am okay, it is only anxiety making me feel this way, and it will pass."
This is a fairly common anxiety symptom, and though it is uncomfortalbe, it will not harm you.
