Hello, I've never posted anything like this before but I had an experience a few days ago that I need advice for but cannot find where to get some.
I'm a 20 year old student, who works full time. I am a very stressed out person, just by nature and have pretty bad anxiety. I have had a few panic attacks but I don't take any medication. I'm just a really nervous frazzled person I guess....
Anyway, I was on vacation last week and I had been drinking some alcohol and having a lot of fun. My last night I was drinking a lot, so my sister took my back to the hotel room and put me to bed at 1:00am. The next thing I remember is waking up in the hospital with a tube down my throat and cords attached to me everywhere. Apparently I had slept walked to my balcony, climbed over it and jumped off. My balcony was 3 stories high so a good 30 foot fall. I was lucky and only had to get staples on my head and a lot of cuts and bruises. But this really scares me... What if the balcony was higher? I don't want to do any more dangerous things while sleepwalking. I was wondering if anybody had any advice for me, or any reason why I did something so crazy while sleepwalking. Thanks!
