I am sorry to hear of your recent increase in symptoms. Anytime you are experiencing new or increased symptoms, even if they seem anxiety related...it is a good idea to seek a medical evaluation, just to be on the safe side.
If however, you have recently seen your doctor, and all is well, then you can then most likely focus on anxiety management to help you get relief.
In our

breathing and relaxation exercises a try. Practicing these 3x a day can really make a difference! If the pain you are feeling is from tension, then the Progressive Muscle Relaxation exercises could be particularly helpful to you!
