I was very much anxious during my workout but felt I handled it well, but subconsciously I was definitely anxious, and my breathing during the exercise is one that I actually consciously try to control and just take a bunch deep breathes even while I'm exercising
Like I noticed last night that I do my pull ups really fast but while breathing I breathe super slow, I wonder if that makes a difference and like I said this problem has happened before and it went away after relaxing and the symptoms in and of itself subsided rather quickly, usually serious or even mildly serious stuff don't
It can't be related to my heartrate because I've done even more intense exercise just recently and that has never happened, the difference is that during thosse sessions I was too busy working out (cause it was a no rest type workout) to pay attention to my breathe at all, and there wasn't much gripping exercises as well
well yea guys, I am being logical and comforting myself, please tell me I'm not being crazy and the stuff I said makes sense lol for once in my struggle with anxiety I am NOT jumping to the worst possible scenarios or running to the ER
