Thanks Larry. My stomach didnt hurt. It was my legs, butt muscles, my traps, and my back, oh and my sides. All the muscle groups I worked out. I did a fast walk on the treadmill on a low incline then a high incline then I hit the weights and worked my back, biceps, squats and side push-ups. And I did 4 sets of 12-15 reps on each without pausing. So after about 3,000 mg of Tylenol I can walk today.
