You know you have anxiety disorder when you trust Google more than the multiple Doctor's you've seen in the past week.

All of those Doctors have over TWENTY years of experience, had to go through rigorous, demanding, and extremely tough training and education and have a marvelous track record of success and accurate diagnoses and Google turns your mild cold into an immediate life-threatening incurable condition.

You know you have an anxiety disorder when you go to dinner and worry the entire time that you won't be able to pay, even though you have about 3X the menu price in cash and a credit card in your pocket.

You know you have an anxiety disorder when you swallow a medication, notice a lingering tingle or taste on your tongue, and start worrying if someone poisoned your meds at the doctor.

You know you have an anxiety disorder when mopping the floor requires two or three passes of rinsing because you're afraid residue on the floor might make someone sick if they lick it or touch it then eat, and you don't have children!

You know you have an anxiety disorder when the volume on your tv, radio, etc. HAS to be on an even number.

What the heck is that about anyway? Is the world going to end because I'm watching Dr. Phil when the volume is on 7 and not 8?

You know you have an anxiety disorder when you started to tell your family, relative, friends and loved ones your goodbyes and that they might not be able to see you alive anymore for the next couple of months. And guess what.. WE'RE STILL HERE!!

You know you have anxiety disorder when you are on meds and are doing fine, then you start having some bad days...along with a pain in the middle of your back and you think there is something wrong with your kidney, which makes your anxiety even worse!!
