Ordering your own blood tests

So I have decided to possibly try these, I can never get my doctor to listen to me and what I would like to have tested, I've been telling her that I'm extremely tired and can't figure out why, she asks me "explain how tired" and I tell her it's been going on for a couple years now, but getting progressively worse, and around my ovulation time of the month, especially it gets really bad, I can't seem to wake up, just want to sleep all day and can sleep all day. It's scaring the crap out of me to be honest, I'm not sure what to do, and her response to this is "everyone is tired all the time, we all are, I could lay down on this floor right now and go to sleep" but she isn't listening to me, yes, we all get tired from time to time, but this is more debilitating, I feel like I can't walk to the living room some days, she doesn't listen to me about this part, and frankly, I'm sick and tired of feeling sick and tired, this doesn't help when you have health anxiety either.

Also, I have been low on iron and potassium for ages now, and I take a multivitamin to keep these in check, which we have monitored before when I was really tired and both were fine, but I'd like to dig a bit deeper.

So, I'm thinking of going to a lab and ordering my own blood work on the stuff I want until I figure out whats going on THEN go back to her.

Anyone have any thoughts or suggestions? Avoid saying anything too scary lol

There are labcorps and other ones around that will do your lab work, you don't pay for office visit or anything and can get your results online or sent to your doctor, I've thought about doing this for a good while and am really thinking hard into it.

What are your thoughts? I don't have insurance and can't afford to keep going to doctors, especially if they won't dig deeper for me, I know a lot of people can brush off most medical things and go on with their life, I'm not one of them, I really need/want to know whats going on so I can just KNOW, I feel like if I just knew what was going on with me, I would be more at ease, even if it's not something easy to manage.
