DOES ANY GET NUMBNESS JUST BELOW STERNUM AREA? WHAT DOES IT MEAN

I don't know what it means per say...but I know that numbness and tingling are common with anxiety, and can often be relieved with breathing exercises.
Give it a try...practice slow deep breathing for 15 minutes or so and see how you feel.:)

Numbness is definitely very common with anxiety and panic attacks from hyperventilating, you can try breathing into a paper bag, i also get alot of numbness, take care brett im here to help,
