I am sorry that you had a rough morning. I hope that you are feeling better now.
Do you practice coping skills? Dizzyness for me can almost always be eliminated with breathing exercises...as it is cause by shallow breathing. I don't even realize that I am hyperventilating. I just forget to breath deeply when I am feeling stressed, so I end up with with this symptom.
Another culprit could be low blood sugar. You mentioned feeling this way in the morning...did you skip breakfast? A lot of people do, and while some people can...I know I can't! I must eat in the morning or I will get hypoglycemic feelings, and that can include feeling unstable and restless.
