I have problems with biting my jaw sometimes, too. Sometimes, if I realize I'm doing it, chewing gum can help. (Not cinnamon, though, that burns the hurt places in your mouth.) Sometimes, I use the generic brand Anbesol for the tooth pain. It only lasts a little while, but usually, with even temporary relief, I can get my mind off of it.
I'm sorry you're going through this. Try not to think about all of the things together and let yourself get to overwhelmed, if you can keep from it. Try to only think about one issue at a time.
