I fourth that. For a few reasons.
When I'm nauseous I note that I almost crave something sweet. Anyone remember back in the day, we'd get Coca-Cola Syrup over ice? To sip on.
Slowly letting simple sugars into your system. If you deluge with food, it can make it worse, so as S.C. mentioned, by sipping something like a meal replacement shake, you're g-e-n-t-l-y letting nutrients into your stomach.
Just a little at a time...
