I did take a multi with Iron, but since everything is back in line I don't take it daily.
My diet isn't the best possible, but it's pretty good, I eat a lot of veggies and fresh greens, also eat almost strictly organic. Haven't put the gluten sensitivity stuff out of mind fully, as I do know that can cause some vitamin loss, and I am definitely sensitive to it.
Started exercising recently and I do feel better when I do it, but can feel tired later on in the day, honestly, I know I have not gotten enough in the past 13ish years, I've started with power 90, and will hopefully graduate to the power 90 x.
I'm fully ready for menopause!! I've seen my good ol' "aunt Flo" enough now, I'm ready to move on and have no intentions of having any more children.
I've often wondered how well you get along daily with all the things you have to absorb from this website, I'm almost positive you read each and every post, I don't think I could do your job, Kudos to you for being able to handle it so well and for so long!
With no insurance and not for lack of trying to get it, they won't send me for a sleep study, however she (my doctor) did mention something called sleep link or something along those lines, but she always forgot about it towards the end of my appointment and so would I. Have been thinking strongly of calling her about it.
For the most part I've been handling the anxiety pretty well recently, of course it shows up daily, but I have been able to hush my mind for the last couple months, knock on wood, but I'm going to stick out the exercising and try not to think about any of this, the more I stay busy the better.
