I am sorry that you are suffering anxiety and symptoms. I understand how scary and confusing this all can be.:(
I am going to post a link to our Resources. It is filled with many self-help ideas that could be of benefit for you. There are coping skills such as breathing and PMR (progressive muscle relaxation) that can bring down overall stress levels and reduce physical symptoms. There are also book recommendations including two books specifically for treating health anxiety.

If you find you need further help...why not talk to your doctor about a therapy referral if you have not done so. Or perhaps if you have already gone that route...it may be a good idea to re-visit that option. I personally went through two rounds of CBT before I started to benefit and find recovery.
