Do any others get like a pulsing thing in there chest wall?

Bret people with PAD get so many symptoms they are hard to keep up with, I get a feeling like a burp
that is hung and wont go up or down, and other times a feeling like things moving around, kinda hard to
describe, my doctor said 90% of the time it's gas. Peace

It could be tired/tense thoratic muscles....a common anxiety issue. Try practicing breathing exercises 3x a day for at least 10 min to loosen and expand the muscles in that area.

Yeah I've been experiencing some weird chest feelings recently too. Not pain, just like the heart is beating in jelly or something. A weird sort of tightness that goes up to my throat, almost like a lumpy feeling. Hope it's just gas. I like to take Gelusil, which is a combination antacid + antigas over the counter med.

Sometimes I might feel a little pulsing, only to notice that it's likely muscular spasms of my pecs.
