I wasn't in much pain today until I started to think "do I really have anxiety?" Is it all in my head? My chest, boobs and armpits hurt as I'm typing. Is this normal?

Dreading the next attack can actually be a trigger for the next one, you need some methods of distraction
to use when you catch yourself drifting into this thought pattern. Peace
