Yes! Definitely. No doubt. And you betcha!
Sometimes the burps come from what feels like such a deep place, I almost feel like I'm going to heave.
When my anxiety is high, I notice I eat faster, and in doing that, I swallow air (literally "inhaling food" I guess).
Drinking,...I drink a great deal of water, and if I "gulp" excessively, it's a trigger.
Avoiding drinking doesn't help,-- not only unhealthy, but the acids build up and your burps get irritating.
