Kidney infection??

So I'm trying to sleep but a little concerned because when I last peed it was cloudy and smelled bad (gross I know)

I've had countless UTIs in the past and after going on meds for about five or six times I decided that I could just treat it myself without destroying my immune system. I've treated them successfully with water, cranberry juice, and cranberry pills about seven times before.

This time, I was distracted with treating it because of the holiday and had intermittent symptoms about every 24 hours for three days. It went away on Friday morning and I haven't seen any until now but I'm concerned because my back is spasming a lot? It could be the cranberry juice and it doesn't necessarily hurt but I'm scared to sleep because I don't want to wake up with kidney pain.

I've had muscle spams before with cranberry juice and read that it could do that but of course I'm really anxious about this. It also feels tight around my hips area, in the back but that happened last night after I ate and it was gone before morning.

Please help!!!

I have gone through the same thing. Had small uti and small yeast infection but for the most part it was the anxiety that was making my symptoms worse. So go to a doc, see what they say. I am sure it is nothing to worry about. My doc said that you will be in so much pain that you don't go pee with a kidney infection. I hope that you get better soon.

So I attempted to get into an appointment at a clinic this morning but of course they weren't taking my insurance due to a rare error. I'm so scared and anxious this time around. My urine was very cloudy and had lots of floaty things in it. It seems to be getting worse. I made an appointment for tomorrow around noon but I'm worried what will happen until then, especially at night. I don't know if I'll be able to sleep especially after last night, seeing as how I got a total of two hours of rest. I asked my friend to take me in about an hour to a different clinic and she claims that she's busy. I'm trying to remain calm but it's been a week and a half :(
