Your symptoms are normal, and familiar to most of us here. Trying to find a balance between accepting the anxiety and symptoms, and doing things to pro-actively stop the attacks and manage the issue is a good goal.:)
What are you doing for relief? Are you using any self-help, coping skills, ect.?
If you are not currently doing anything for relief...I can recommend our Resources, which are full of great ideas that really do work, if put into practice daily.
