I am sorry to hear of your anxiety challenges, and the medication issues that you have been dealing with currently.
You mention you have tried a couple of different Rx's...how about
any self-help or therapy for anxiety management?
I think that finding a more hands-on psychiatrist, that can either take you through a program, or refer you to a therapist is going to be a very beneficial move.
I am glad that you are set up to see someone. Hopefully, therapy can be a part of that new relationship, if you so desire.
