You're panicking as you are definitely sure to yourself something is wrong but the truth is there's not. I also had chest pain on the left side before when my anxiety was so high. At that time I was also sure I was already about
to die soon and that was on february last year. I was sure I wont be able to reach october but still here I am having more good times back. The more you fear the more weird things happen. Hope you'll work on reducing your fears or worries about
your health, it will take time but it will work once you started to trust that you're completely ok. Your ECG is ok, so your heart is ok. Repeat that thought to yourself. It's a hard road to take but you should have faith in yourself. Don't think negatively about
yourself like "i'm terminally ill, im gonna die soon". Once you keep the negative thoughts out you'll start feeling fine again. Look up "Anxiety-Panic Resources" here on the first page of the forum to get some info how to manage and cope with anxiety. Also try some breathing exercises found here whenever you start to panic and heartbeat starting to pound hard and fast on your chest.
"I AM GOING TO DIE SOON" .....this is what I said to myself a year ago.
YOU ARE NOT GOING TO DIE SOON!!! ....this is what I'll tell you now after setting myself free from health anxiety little by little!
