I am sorry to hear of your recent attack and anxiety fears. It is common to fear another episode after experiencing such a scary feeling...so know that you are not alone.
However, many people will have an isolated attack, and no more, so let's hope this is the case for you!!
Good job on getting checked out by your doctor, as this is a wise step to take.
