Here come the Panic Attacks again

I just seen my psychiatrist a week ago Tuesday and he took me off my Zyprexa (5 mg) in the evening feeling that it was time and that I would be ok and last Friday I started getting some Panic Attacks. The Zyprexa was specifically given to me for sleep and anxiety because I had a very bad long spell of waking up every morning at 3-4 am with terrible anxiety and was losing a lot of sleep and Klonapin wasn't helping like it used to.
Anyway, I don't know whether I should phone him or not because my insurance will only cover seeing him 4 times this year and I don't know whether he will re-prescribe me them without going and seeing him again or not. But I just can't go thru this again and again and again.
I don't care how many panic attacks you have, you never get used to them, they throw you into complete misery. I just wish I could be well again and over this depression, anxiety, etc. and live normal like most people do :(

I am so sorry. It wouldn't hurt to call and explain to him. This is his job. But be very clear about what is happening. To often I get ashamed of my anxiety and end up down playing it to doctors. Not a good idea.
Because of this, I tried cutting down on my celexa and things went haywire. So now I am back on 20mg and waiting to feel better. Anxiety is such a monster that wants to cling to you instead of being under the bed where it belongs. Don't give up! I am going to try to eat better and exercise to see if it helps.
And after over 15 years of anxiety I have finally realized that I have to make a new normal. For whatever reasons, anxiety barreled into my life. I need to make a new normal. But that is easier said than done.
