Joshua brought up some really good points. I hope you are able to absorb them and take them to heart.
It's an easier path to give up and give in, and let this anxiety animal win. But even though you're experiencing all of this, you're not letting the animal stop you.
You're having detours, or speed-bumps, but that you're plugging along is a very positive thing!
I have a very hard time motivating myself in the mornings as well. Sometimes I wish there was someone to pull me out of bed because I feel like I don't have the energy or the willpower to do one of the most simple and basic steps in taking care of myself: Getting up, getting moving.
You check in here regularly, and that's a terrific outlet, a safe place for you to vent and express yourself. And you know we get it, we understand.
The fact I see you here every day tells me you are doing something pro-active by checking in with others and not climbing into a cave. So dear man, give credit where credit is due!
