Many of these can be done at your desk, with no one being the wiser that you are doing them.
I also have tingling in my left arm and hand. It only happens when I have my arm in certain postitions, so I am pretty sure that it is a compressed nerve issue. Try some light stretching of your upper body for relief...I have found this helpful.:)
