Merrida...thank you SO much for that comment. I needed it! I've been on the treadmill since January, but just started adding the weights like less than two weeks ago and about
3 times per week. I am on the treadmill for 10 min easy, then work up and the last 15 is a light jog enough to get the heart rate up there. After I get off, I sit down and do a 5 lb weight in each hand. I do bi-cep curls, then over the head presses, then straight up and out to the sides where arms are parallel to floor, then one to work that "chicken wing" that women get. I did 12 of each once, now working up to 12 of each twice. I do feel the sensation of "twitching" and "jelly" feeling on both sides, but more so on the right. The left is just enough to know it's there. Again...thanks! I just started this so don't know what to expect.
