Headache Again?

It's my birthday and I'm not feeling well. Can anxiety give u a headache everyday? And it moves around in my head. It's not in the same spot. Yesterday it was on the left near my ear and today it on the right near my eye. Is this normal? I do have chronic migraines but this feels different. shakehead

I go through periods where I get chronic headaches as well. I can go months without any, and then I'll get a run of headaches with the occasional migraine thrown in just for good measure.

When they come in waves, yes, they do tend to move around in location. Sad to say, yes, I'm familiar with that experience. Sure wish I wasn't though!

Happy Birthday again! (I mentioned this in another post already)

I will just concur that headaches are common, made worse by anxiety and tension...and can be felt differently each time.

I hope that you feel better really soon!!

dear moon, i really hope and pray that your headache has gone by now, at least enough for you to enjoy the rest of your special day. i truly wish you the happiest of birthdays, and i am as sure as i can be, that everyone on this site feels the same. headaches are the pits. i truly know this: apart from having daily chronic headaches, i have 3 to 4 migraines per week. and that started before my first bout of anxiety . got my first migraine, with aura, when my 22 year old son was 3 mths old. i am singing happy birthday, right now, to you, and if that doesn t make you smile for just a seond, i give up! just be thankful you don t have to listen to me! one of my most poignant school memories is being refused a part in the school choir! love and blessings, praying for you

Yes I get them for months and its all around my head ........ All day long , 24/7 them both eyes hurt like now ..... It will go away and just come back out of nowhere ... Happy B Day

your welcome , also have your iron levels checked , my iron was really low so im on iron pills now that can cause headaches as well .... I just started taking them ....
