Good Morning, wish it was better for you. Waking up with cold symptoms is not fun but I do have some suggestions that may help you feel better.
Tea with lemon and honey are really good for helping with a sore throat. If you are stuffed up, a netti pot works amazingly well.
Drink water and then drink more water, try chicken soup, and jello.
Pamper yourself and stay in bed. If you have a humidifier you may want to use it in your bedroom.
