A person dealing with panic attacks, can suddenly funcion great if distracted. Had a period with this in my 20s. Remember, that if something crapty happened to someone else. I totaly forgott about
it.
You are tricking your mind when having this stuff. You are basicly giving it commands to be frightened and have"learned" that some situations are dangerous, while they are not. Doing something that distract your thoughts, you are suddenly not giving theese commands.
