I think if you knew just how many people deal with either anxiety and/or depression...
...it may help you to feel a little more 'normal'. :)
So many individuals have some kind of obstacle that they must deal with...be it mental or physical.
Would you consider someone with a similar challenge to not be normal? Of course not...so take that label off of yourself and tear it into a million pieces!
Keep working on your coping skills to better manage the anxiety. If you practice them everyday, you will see improvement.
