Hi simmo. Australia is another place id love to travel to someday. With all the anxiety and stress of my job, I've lost almost 20 pounds in the last few months. I hear exercising helps and now that it's getting nicer out, I can go for walks again. We have a beautiful path around a lake where I live and I can't wait to walk that. So calming. Thanks for your words simmo !

Hey Simmo,
Thanks for your kind words, its weird as no matter how many times I go through this or feel the same symptoms, I still feel freaked out by it all but I am trying to welcome the anxiety feelings in so that it will take away the fear out of the anxiety cycle and then the de-realisation will subside.
How did your session go Becky?

My session isn't for a few hours. I'm kind of dreading it. I don't like people analyzing me.

Try to see it as just having a chat with someone and then hopefully a flow will develop and you will get something out of it......whats the weather like today ? I think I know an old couple who live where you are or around there, I used to work as a barman at a local hotel and there was an old couple and I think the guys name was Chip and they used to come to the hotel once a year for the Al Jolson event, I am sure they said they was from Wisconsin.

You know ppl from Wisconsin? That's pretty dope, Sean! I know a kid from London that I used to game with haha. You Londoners have cool accents! Weather is beautiful today. Sunny and almost 50!

I think this will make us into better people as we will appreciate the good times in life a lot more dont you think?
I feel better in myself but bit down as my GF ended it tonight but never mind I think I deserve better :)

Yes a light at the end of the tunnel!!! I'm so happy. I think I'll still be nervous, but I will get through this! And so will you!
I'm really sorry about
the gf :( if she ended it because of your anxiety, then I can relate to that too. My ex didn't understand anxiety and that was one reason we broke up last year. Right now, it's best I'm single so ican learn how to cope with my fears and anxiety before I bring someone else into my mess!!
I think I'm even going to try to go to work for a while tomorrow!!! Sean, do you want to exchange emails so we can keep each other updated on our progress throughout the day? It would be easier for me to check email than this site. Up to you! We could be anxiety coping pals!

Hi Becky,
Sorry for late reply, I am feeling proper out of it right now and finding it hard to cope. I think I need to be single too so I can work on myself but it is hard to break away especially when I am feeling like this.
How are you feeling today? Are you on Fb?

That's ok :) I hear ya..it was hard for me to end my relationship last year too. I felt really alone for a while, but now I feel so glad that I did it.
Today I feel pretty good! It's very cold here... :( But...I'm even going to go into work for a bit today! On the upper toolbar of this site there is a button that says "chat". Click on that. I'll wait for you in there so we can talk! :)

Becky I am so sorry for late reply, I have spent most of the day sleeping and then I felt really weird tonight so I went to hospital and all the physical side of me is fine so its all in my head which I guess I already knew anyway. My mate went with me and I seem to feel a bit better right now so I really believe that that is because my mind is constantly worrying and doesnt get a break so talking to my mate about
normal things gave it that break.....I need to break the cycle, we both need to break the cycle hun.....that is the key, all the time we are worried about
things and constantly anyalising how we feel, we are making the anxiety last longer......we have to get throw this.

I'm so sorry you are struggling so. It hurts me :(. I returned to work for a while today. I made it through but I was nervous. Sean what's your email. I feel we should keep in touch more. I worry about
you. Do you have kik on your phone otherwise? We can get through this and we will. Hang in there. I'm glad your friend was with you tonight. Wish I could have been. It helps to have someone who understands near you at times like that. Sean, you can make it through. Hugs

Hi I am a newcomer and I am also suffering from anxiety for 10 years now. There are thoughts that come into my mind that i don't understand and it is scary. I suffer from not sleeping having a weak mind , it makes me feel that I am week and can't even think what the next thing i will do to conquer and help myself throughout this ugly feeling. I used to suffer severely when i first became diagnosed with this but now its back and I am fighting once again. Its good to hear that we are all fighting through this please give me some encouragement that i can make it my mind is boggled at this time.
