Help please

I felt awful on zoloft
no appetite-that I didn't mind
nervous, shakey-felt like I wanted to jump out of my skin
I only stayed on for under 2 weeks-people said to give it some time but it wasn't for me.
Maybe give your dr. a call for a dosage adjustment.

After going off I felt much better! So I didn't start anything else. I thought I was having unmanageable anxiety symptoms until I took that crap and I felt like I was going to jump out of my skin! I have a prescrip for xannax which I use when things get hard- I try to just take a half a pill and use coping methods.
I joined the Mood Gym that is listed as a resource on this site which is CBT and it is helpful. I would recommend trying it. My doctor told me that CBT and exercise can be just as effective as medication.
Also the things that were stressing me out so bad leveled out or I adjusted to it or I found new coping methods....anxiety sucks.
