does small dosage help?

Does 1/4 of a .05 mg Klonopin make any difference at all? As most of you know I've been off of the buspar and zoloft now for 4 months and have no intention of going back on them. That being said, ANXIETY doesn't just leave. I have a small supply (about 12 tablets) of Klonopin .05. I have been using them very sparingly but only taking 1/4 of a tablet when needed or sometimes - on a REALLY BAD day 1/2 of a tablet.

Have you tried a combination of the dose you are currently using, along with coping skills to bring your anxiety levels down?

The combining of meditation/relaxation exercises with taking your meds can make a powerful association in the mind...as well as getting the individual benefits of the Rx and the coping skills in and of themselves!

Doing these things together, as a dual recovery plan has proven really effective for many people.:)
