Hello

I always wake up early in the middle of dawn after sleeping for 3 hours and cant get back to sleep. And waking up comes up with intrusive thoughts again.

I am sorry that you are unable to sleep.:( That is miserable!

This mostly happens for me when I am away from home, so I use this to help my body and mind relax...

Thanks for that link. I am super excited to test it out next time I can not sleep. I have been having some issues lately with not being able to sleep and it does stink!
