Just wanted to see how everyone's been doing. I haven't posted alot lately, but I have been answering. Since my E.R. visit last Saturday, I have been doing good. Haven't had much of anything go on really. I'm surprised though, because I'm still waiting on my results for my diabetes test. I let my daughter go with her friend to the Anime convention in Illionois today. But yet I have been rather calm. It's very strange. Now that I have jinxed myself, I am probably going to be posting tomorrow, and have something happen. Or that is my anxiety already worried that something will happen. Hope to hear from everyone and see how your doing.

Those days when we feel good, we learn to appreciate more. I do! Glad things are going good for you, so happy.

Yes I agree, I value them more too. But it never ceases to amaze me that we can do so good, then bam, we have bad days again. I am enjoying not freaking out at the moment that's for sure. I just wanted to write about positive things today instead of always complaining. Seems like that's what alot of my days are sometimes, complaining about not feeling good. Wanted to spread some joy for a change..Hope you have some good days soon too, MAL..

I'm glad you're having some good days Paddicake. Wish I could say I was but I've had a bad week for both my depression and anxiety, although the anxiety is worse. I can't sleep properly at night which isn't helping. I wonder how long it will take for my doubled dose to make a difference. I'm seeing a therapist for the first time on Wednesday.

Good luck WdFan..wishing you some peace and rest..I'm trying to be positive still because I had a terrible time last saturday, and the days between haven't been bad..Thank God..Good luck with therapy too. Hopefully you will be able to post some good news soon too.

Thanks Paddicake, I hope so too. Seeing others have good days makes me hopeful. Just had my third panic attack in under 24 hours and my drunk husband slept right through it. I have a lot of thinking to do.

I'm sorry you have to go through that. I have had days of anxiety that I thought wouldn't end. I have realized that if I had a panic attack, I would wake up the next day waiting for another one. I stopped bringing yesterday's problems into today. Again I really wish you we'll, and maybe tomorrow will be a better day.

Paddi you are right about not bringing yesterday forward to ruin
today, I now the minute I am conscious thank God for today,
it allows me to think forward instead of backwards, this is the
way I start every day, I also end each day the same. "Right now
is all anyone on earth has". sometimes its enough! Peace

i guess i am okay. just keep pushing through it, for if i don't it gets me and wins. i don't like losing!!! still a bit of a struggle lately. wed is allergy testing day, re: anaphalaxis test drug. some anxiety there as i can go back into anaphalaxis. little scared. some sleep issues with the withdrawal of the seroquel causing some residual anxiety as well. bit of a rough trot actually!! been sick as well. okay shoot me, lol. see ya son guys. thanxxxx

Not doing well...I've not seen my psychiatrist for a while...because she never helps anyways. It's not about the anxiety...but more about life in general. I am searching for answers...right now.

Larry, you are so right. That is what I am doing everyday, I thank God, that I am awake. I've been really getting more spiritual lately. That's a good thing, because hope is all I can do.

Sorry your having a bad time. Maybe turn your focus into reminding yourself what you do have. I'm not sure any of us, will ever have the answers we want. I am listening to C.D's that are reminding me of the things I am forgetting. I make mistakes, but I also make some good choices. My life may not be the way I want it to be right now, but there is someone who would love to have my life. There is always someone who has it worse than me, so I am thankful that the little issues I have, is all I have wrong. Not saying our issues arent' bad, just trying to say, maybe we can find other positive things to focus on. Good luck to you.

Hope you continue to have good days. I have been doing ok myself for a few days, I have to drive today about 40 minutes from home. I can do it, I just hate car anxiety.

Its a bad day for me... but Paddicake...I took comfort in your comments and others, too. Sometimes its hard to believe that 'this, too, shall pass'... and yet that is what we MUST hold on to.

Keep focused on something while driving. That's what I've been doing, and you know I get car anxiety too. That's usually when mine was the worst..
