Going out today and scared!

Ok so today I am going out with my caseworker and I am scared! I am trying to think positive and breathe but this is hard. I need all the prayers I can get.

I went through a period of not driving anywhere, because I would get anxiety in the car. Just knowing i had to drive somewhere would send me into a panic, even before I left. Good luck to you today, and keep using the breathing techniques. Keep your mind set that you will be okay. Wishing you the best today. Let us know how you did.

Good luck, pushing through the hardest most scarey things WILL bring the best results, this is one thing I am sure of.

You will do fine, it's the anticipation that is bad.

Positive thoughts coming your way! You can do this!!!

Hey guys thank you so much for the replies and the encouraging words. I went out today and I did great! I got a bit anxious but I did not freak out and I actually enjoyed myself and got a few shopping done. Again, thank you so much for the replies and well wishes! I am still hoping and praying for better days.
