I'm need much , much prayer , you guys it has been getting rough and I really can't take it anymore , please pray for me .... Thank you all

My friend who also suffers from panic attacks always 'yells' at me: "You'll be FINE!!!!" and somehow, that helps a little.

You WILL be fine!!

Hang on my friend and know there is a light at the end of the tunnel............you just cannot quite see it yet. Let sheer indulgence reinstate the belief that you will see light at the end of the tunnel.

Thanks guys , I'm not doing so well just really tired , still having issues , new sx , and old sx , I don't know what else to do ,i o miss my life ..... I'm just sad and feel like life is passing me by .... God hear my cry ....

Maybe it's time for meds , which I'm really scAred to take .....
The ones I tired was too much for me ....

I'm really sorry you're going through this. God is right beside you holding your hand through this. You have Him plus us who've been where you are or are going through it too. You are NOT alone even though I'm sure you feel like it.

Do you have close friends or family support?

I think it's time to see your doctor. There is no need to suffer like this if you've exhausted all natural efforts to get better. I assume it's anxiety with depression now. The 2 rotten seeds often go hand in hand.

God made scientists and and doctors to help us. Change will come for you when you decide you've had enough suffering & it sounds like you have. I know it's also so hard to make decisions and think clearly when you're going through this so please call a friend or family and ask for help. It's not a sign of weakness, rather, a sign of strength. People love to help others in most cases and you'd be amazed at how many opportunities you have at your fingertips for help right now if you can just reach out.

You are not alone and you will get through this. Storms never ever last and the sunshine always comes out. Please call someone today as it's the perfect day to start :)

Sorry to hear about your struggles. I to stuggle with anxiety and pray daily for relief and I will add you in my prayers. God wants us well. Never give up hope because there will be better days to come. May God bless you with the power of healing as well as the rest of us.

Emma try to remember that all these fears and psychosomatic pains come from our subconscious it knows all our weaknesses and will use them against us, you have to train the conscious mind to kinda
beat the subconscious up so it will be quiet. Just don't give much time to the negative stuff and just be
yourself, remember why you are going through this and it will help you to push through. Peace

I don't know who you are , but believe me ! I suffer panic attacks and I send you all blessings and prayers! may god help you and don't feel alone . I just had panic all day! and I am here ! it will pass we must believe it so it happens!
