Yes, I have struggled with this symptom...it is on-going, but transient for me...popping up here and there. Not fun! ;(
Breathing exercises are excellent, so keep those up...they can really help in balancing the O2/CO2 levels in the blood, reducing the dizzyness.
Tight muscles/tension (as mentioned) are another culprit that can cause the dizzy sensation, so here is a great exercise to add to your anxiety management toolbox.:)
