Hi Pushon
I really like Scaredy Cat's post on May 22nd...those are GREAT ideas... don't do the Lexapro if you have a 'bad feeling' about
it... I think therapy would be wonderful...someone you could talk to who is totally detached from anyone you know (as well as you!)
I take all natural 'calmatives' because I don't even come close to having a real panic attack...they are FAR worse than anxiety attacks or just annoying disturbing clinging anxiety. I take herbs, homeopathics, and certain vitamins and they DO help. At least they help me... everyone is different.
I think you should take SC's advice and REPORT that outfit that was talking about
you. That is TOTALLY unprofessional and someone needs to be weeded out of that situation...maybe more than one. Whats the use of privacy laws if there are a bunch of gossiping people in that office? DON"T stick with something because you think you SHOULD... part of your healing, I believe, will be standing up for yourself and stop trying to be 'so good' or please 'others.' OK? OK!
(I say this from experience!)
