I am sorry to hear of your current anxiety and depression issues.:( I understand how that feels to be worn down by the attacks and fear.
Having an illness/surgery is a fairly common catalyst for anxiety to start...and the depression that follow is also not uncommon for those dealing with panic issues.
I am glad to hear that you have been checked out thoroughly, and that all is well physically.
I am also glad to read that you are seeing someone for help with the anxiety. Are you working specifically on key issues, or with a particular method? (eg.,CBT)
We have a great Resource Guide here that is full of great information and self-help materials. (see link below) I really think that you could benefit from trying some of the ideas such as the stress relieving exercises offered. They are something I use regularly.:)
