This Summer I'm Going To Anxiety Camp

This summer I'm going to Anxiety Camp.


Instead of singing songs, we all sit there and imagine red stop signs.

Instead of hiking, we practice "being in the moment", NOW and NOW and NOW and....

All internet devices are given to the Camp Director so we can't look up "Dr Google".

Instead of cooking marshmallows and making s'mores, we all take our anti anxiety meds around the fire.

No need to tell ghost stories, we tell health anxiety stories.

Instead of writing letters home, we fill out Cognitive Behavioral Therapy forms.

Wow! I've never heard of anything like this before. I sure wish we had something like that in my area. I'd go in a flash!

This sounds like an exciting adventure (plus you have a great attitude, always a bonus).

Yes! Rubber room cabins with classes where we stitch our own straight jackets.
