Sorry to hear that you are dealing with nausea....not fun!
If you can't tolerate solid foods right now, I always recommend meal replacement shakes such as Ensure or Boost. They are easy to sip ice cold throughout the day, and will give you the calories and nutrients that you need.
For the long term. Are you planning to talk with your doctor about
upping your dose of meds to cover this breakthrough anxiety symptom?
How about
your coping skills? Are you able to take time to do them for symptom relief?
Therapy is also a good consideration if you have not already looked into this option.
Working to manage your anxiety should bring eventual relief.:)
